THE ROAD TO THE FUTURE

THE ROAD TO THE FUTURE

Roads has been a pivot of our civilization, it has connected people and places, with everyday development and planning, we now have access roads that makes mobility to most remote areas possible. Though a lot of places are still cut off and has no roads, a good thumbs up can be given for how far we have gone connecting out cities through land transportation. There are different kind of roads,  Freeway, Highways, Major Highway,  Minor Highway, Ramps, Primary Street etc all of which has contributed greatly to globalization as we see today. With recent developments in Automobile engineering, one begins to wonder what the future holds for roads and probably the kinds of road designs to be expected. Surely, the roads of the future will depend on the future mode of transportation. Thus, as we begin to move from the conventional designs to a whole new concept.

Virchles are bond to take a transformed look as we swing into the future. As automobile companies begins to think towards greener more efficient ways of running their engines as well as more effective and if possible, friction-less ways of spinning the wheels or floating. Thus, if there wont be wheels on future cars, there most probably wont be roads made of tars in the way we have them today. many people are beginning to think towards the direction of floating cars while many more focuses on cars that will fly people to their destinations, using the roads as it's run-ways. One such example is the 103EX which is marked out by its unusual wheels, which are designed to make it seem as if the vehicle is gliding on the air. Another such car is the VW which has been termed The People's Car, drawing ideas from people in China to build a car of the future. There are more of them which goes from ordinary levitation to complete flight.
If any of these car concepts are adopted as standard means for transportation in the future, there will be a complete shift from what we know to be roads today into some thing that looks out of this world. Maybe some thing completely new, maybe some kind of layered copper of some kind of levitation inducing material but then, every one looks into the future with great optimism that it will change our ways of life to something more Eco-friendly, less accident and much more intelligent.
